Trainee advocate, member of the Warsaw Bar Association. PhD student at the University of Warsaw and École des hautes études en sciences sociales (EHESS) in Paris. Graduate of the University of Oxford and the University of Warsaw. Previously, Artur did his internships i.a. at the International Criminal Court in the Hague as well as at the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in Warsaw.

He specialises in criminal and administrative proceedings as well as in international criminal law and anti-discrimination law, including protection of LGBT rights. Artur also works on cases related to proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. He is fluent in English and French.
